This workshop will explore the following:

Have you wondered how to increase your contribution at work, or have you thought about how to best utilize the talents of others at work? Then join us to learn how to:

  • Leverage your unique talents and strengths to perform to your maximum potential
  • Build a collaborative team that maximizes each member’s natural gifts
  • Strengthen your leadership skills and enhance the productivity of your team, and
  • Prepare your high performers to assume greater roles of responsibility

To best prepare for our time together, we recommend that you read Tom Rath’s StrengthsFinder 2.0. However, if you are unable to do so, don’t worry. We’ll share the essence of the book during our time together.

Terri Trent is a seasoned organizational consultant, who specializes in providing innovative business solutions for both organizations and individuals.  She has had more than 20 years of diverse experience in organizational change, executive and career coaching, performance management, training and group facilitation, curriculum design, business communications, and college instruction.

Terri is active with the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA), Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Organizational Development Network (ODN), and National Council of Negro Women (NCNW).
