Please join us on May 25th when Mesha Mott presents  "Putting the Pieces of the Diversity Puzzle Together: A Look at the Evolution of Diversity from Compliance to a Business Imperative". This half-day, interactive workshop will face the challenge that Diversity was once thought of as a fleeting trend mainly focused on compliance. Diversity and Inclusion is now widely recognized as a long standing business imperative. 


This session will explore the ever-evolving pieces of the D&I puzzle as it has shifted from a matter of compliance to a more complex business imperative fueled by technology, globalization, shift in workforce composition and more. The objective is to share global marketplace trends and tools that business leaders will need in an effort to ready their organizations for marketplace realities that will shape their ability to effectively compete and maintain overall sustainability.

Mesha Mott, Executive HR Consultant 

Mesha holds a BA in Communications and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with 25+ years of internal and external consulting experience within the HR and Marketing disciplines. Over the course of her career Mesha has worked for such top blue chip industry leading companies as General Motors, DuPont, Time Warner, Verizon as well as on Capital Hill as a Public Relations lead all of which have greatly influenced her business approach and drive for excellence. As it pertains to excellence, during her 10 year tenure at Verizon Mesha received two Verizon Excellence awards one for community service and the other for business innovation a top honor bestowed on only 10% of the workforce.
