Workshop Summary

The truth is that the world is becoming a lot smaller. Because of the internet, global travel and companies becoming more diverse, we are interacting with people from around the world. People with various beliefs, ideologies and philosophies co-existing could present some trying challenges. But with the proper perspective and open-mindedness we can exist together in the workplace and our communities.

In this workshop, participants will explore the world and identify hidden bias that may prevent them from truly enjoying the beauty of diversity. It will take strong leadership to improve workplace and community tolerance. Participants will learn how to become the leader that drives fairness, tolerance and acceptance.

Workshop Objectives

On completion of this presentation, participants will be able to:
  • Identify hidden bias
  • Learn to appreciate diverse cultures
  • Be a champion for diversity
  • Enjoy life more
