The Diversity Leadership Alliance is proud to present four member companies that were recently named to DiversityInc’s “Top 50” list.  An important aspect of the DLA mission is to foster the adoption of diversity and inclusion in our communities and workplaces through the sharing of any best practices we discover. This is nearly always highly valued by our members since they can obtain insights unavailable for any single website or conversation in an efficient, timely manner.

      Workshop Panelists   

      Joann Holland,Vice President, Community Affairs Manager, Wells Fargo. JoAnn is responsible for managing the Wells Fargo Foundation’s grant-making activities, oversee team member volunteerism and other community outreach programs for the Arizona Region.  

      Bob Enderle, Director, Diversity & Community Relations, Medtronic Tempe Campus.  In addition, he serves as Organizational Development Strategist.  He consults with both the local and global Medtronic business units on organization development, leadership development, coaching, talent management and diversity & inclusion initiatives. 

      Sandra Chaney, Customer Care Manager Sandra is responsible for Technical Support.  Technical Support provides 24/7 support and service to a customer base of over 1 million Arizonans.  She is involved in many cross-functional teams that drive tactics and strategies to support the company’s goals, which includes a focus on multi-cultural market growth, customer experience and satisfaction.  

      Shawn Bryant, Director, American Express. Shawn Bryant is a career professional, bringing years of progressively more responsible leadership experience to every endeavor. His professional career includes financial analyst, senior finance manager, director, and vice-president roles with Ford, Dell, Select Comfort, and Fingerhut.
